Product Guarantee

All Telecast ccTV products are brand new, free from manufacturing defects and malfunctions.Products are inspected before shipment to ensure that all parts are included in the shipment and that they are not broken or defective.

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email us to arrange a full refund. We want you to be 100 % completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, please feel free to return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the price of the product. Product must be in it's orginal packages. Products unpacked, connected or used will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Policy

All producsts are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, all products are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. All returns should be completed within 30 days from the order date.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please send us a full explanation of what the problem is via email to support@info-site.biz. It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We are unable to accept returned products without an RMA.

Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Telecast ccTV, for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by Telecast ccTV. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.
