Frank A. Lara is the founder and creator of                                      Telecast.tv. He is a graduate of San Jose State                                      University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and a Masters                                      degree in Education. He has worked in Information                                      Technology for the past 30 years with a focus in                                      support, software development and quality                                      assurance. He was also the founder of Advanced                                      Software Testing, Inc. and sold it in 1995.

                                     Frank taught at San Jose State University and                                      Ohlone community college for a few years before
                                     returning to the computer industry in the late 70's
to join the microprocessor technology explosion. He has worked as a consultant for many companies in Silicon Valley, including TRW, Hewlett Packard, Control Data, Systems Development Corporation, General Electric, Stanford Telecommunications, Wells Fargo Bank and a few internet startups.

His focus is building a new company with an emphasis on security using closed circuit tv, the internet and other communication devices to deliver real time video of locations of interest, accessible from any where in the world.

Why telecast ccTV? The world is not as safe and sane as it use to be and unfortunately it will require us to be more alert about our surroundings. Telecast.tv now brings us the ability to use closed circuit tv with the internet to monitor any location of interest in the world. That interest could be your business, your home, your child's nursery, babysitter activity or an aged parent unable to care for themselves but independently minded. We now have the technology to keep an eye on the home away from home, any place in the world and just a click away.

And soon you will be able to monitor locations of interest from your cell phone or any PDA at a reasonable price. The technology is here now, but needs much more improvements before it is affordable for everyone and anyone to use. Telecast.tv is on the cutting edge of this technology and our goal is to make this technology affordable.

Telecast.tv is in it's formidable stage of development as a business. We are opening our doors in September 2003, but it has been on the drawing board for the last 5 years in my mind and in my computer loft in Daly City, California. With your help we will grow this technology together.

PFC International, Inc. is a corporation registered in the state of Delaware with headquarters in Daly City, California in the county of San Mateo. PFC operates through various businesses registered in the city of Daly City. We are an international importer with contacts in Japan, Korea and the Philippines.

PFC (Products For Consumers) International, Inc. was created to provide products and services to the public and our business partners. Our primary business focus is importing unique affordable products from around the world, selling directly to the customer and establishing distribution centers through business relationships with interested affiliates, dealers and distributors.
